Rental rates are for the entire property.

Where we can be we are flexible with change over days and stay durations, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you at Villa Dilys.
Check-in time for your arrival at the villa is from 4pm and on your departure day check out time is 10am.
Deposit
A 25% non-refundable deposit is needed to secure your booking and the full balance needs to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival
A £250 security deposit is due at the time of paying the full balance to protect against any damage to the property, this will be refunded within 14 days of departure
Payments are to be made in GBP via bank transfer
Cancellations and Amendments
Amendments can be made to your booked dates up to 14 days prior to your arrival subject to availability and with the payment of any increased rental cost where applicable.
In the event of cancellations the following penalties will be incurred:
Within 4 weeks of the start date: no refund will be issued
Between 4 - 8 weeks of the start date: 50% refund
Over 8 weeks before the start date: Any balance paid above the deposit amount will be refunded
